01Information you share
ApilageAI uses account information such as your name, username, email address, profile details and sign-in credentials to provide your account. Passwords are stored as hashes rather than readable text.
We also process the questions, replies, images, votes, saved items and AI messages you submit, along with activity used to operate community features and personalize your learning experience.
02How information is used
Information is used to sign you in, display your profile and contributions, deliver requested features, recommend relevant questions and topics, and protect the service against misuse. Account recovery and sign-in features use the information needed to verify your request.
03Public posts and AI conversations
Your community profile, questions, replies and attached images can be visible to other visitors. Avoid posting contact details, credentials or information you do not want others to see.
AI features process your messages and relevant context through the configured AI service providers to generate responses. Question-linked chats have visibility controls; check those controls before sharing sensitive information. Personal AI conversations are associated with your account.
04Telegram and service providers
If you choose Telegram sign-in, ApilageAI uses your Telegram identity, including your numeric Telegram ID and username, to verify access and associate your account with that sign-in method. The bot delivers a one-time code when you start the requested sign-in flow. If you separately enable Telegram notifications, the bot also sends the same question and community updates shown in your in-app notification panel; you can disable that channel at any time.
Hosting, AI and authentication providers process information needed to deliver their respective features. Your use of an external service is also subject to that service’s privacy terms.
05Cookies and browser storage
Authentication cookies keep you signed in and support session renewal. Browser storage remembers preferences such as your selected color theme. Blocking cookies may prevent account features from working; clearing browser storage can reset preferences.
06Your controls and deletion
You can edit your profile and manage sign-in security from your account. Settings include controls for interests and AI memory. Review your question-chat visibility before making a conversation available to others.
You can request permanent account deletion through the account controls after verifying your identity. This removes the account and associated records, including authored questions and replies and personal AI conversations. Deleting a question also removes replies on that question. Uploaded-file cleanup may finish after the account deletion request.
Deleting your account cannot remove copies of public content that other people have independently saved or shared.
07Policy updates
This page may change as ApilageAI’s features and data practices evolve. Review it when you use new features, especially those involving public sharing or an external provider.
