What does the Free plan include?
Free includes unlimited chat with free models, a default allowance of 12,000 estimated premium tokens and 3 side-panel trial messages every six hours, 3 uploads per day, and 3 answer validations per day. It uses the default student avatar without a member tick or public Telegram contact.
What does Plan 1 include?
Plan 1 includes unlimited free-model and side-panel chat, a default allowance of 60,000 estimated premium tokens every six hours, 7 uploads per day and 25 answer validations per day. It adds a blue member tick, custom profile picture and public Telegram contact.
What does Plan 2 include?
Plan 2 includes unlimited free-model, premium and side-panel chat, uploads and answer validations under the plan policy. It adds a gold member tick, custom profile picture and public Telegram contact. Service availability, file-size limits and abuse protections still apply.
Where can I see my current subscription?
Sign in and open Settings, then Payment & verification. The current plan is loaded from your server-verified membership. Missing or expired paid subscriptions use the Free plan.
When do my allowances reset?
Daily upload and validation allowances reset at midnight in Asia/Colombo. Six-hour premium and side-panel allowances reset at 00:00, 06:00, 12:00 and 18:00 UTC, corresponding to 05:30, 11:30, 17:30 and 23:30 in Sri Lanka.
What happens when my premium allowance runs out?
Free and Plan 1 accounts fall back to free models until the premium allowance resets. Estimated premium usage includes input, history and attachments plus a reservation for the maximum response. The service can configure token and trial-message allowances.
Are upload limits shared between community posts and chat?
Yes. Daily upload allowances apply across community and chat together. File format, size and safety checks apply to every plan.
When is an answer validation counted?
Validation runs when requested from the reply menu. Creating a reply does not automatically request validation. Completed assessments are shared on the reply, and reusing a completed assessment does not consume another validation.
Where do I change my member profile picture and Telegram contact?
Use the existing My profile editor in Settings. Custom profile pictures and public Telegram contact are available while a Plan 1 or Plan 2 membership is active.
Does my plan renew automatically or keep benefits after expiry?
No integrated automatic billing is available. If a server-assigned membership has an expiry and that date passes, your account uses Free plan benefits. Contact support to discuss your membership arrangement.
