Getting started Create your account, choose subjects and understand the main navigation.
Create an account or sign in, then complete onboarding by selecting the subjects you study. Use Home for your personalized question feed and Explore to discover learners, topics and shared resources. Open your profile menu for Settings, account controls and your public profile. 02
Ask and publish questions Post clear questions as text, images, multiple choice items or PDF resources.
Choose Post, select the most relevant subject and add a specific title that explains what you need. Add context in the description. For calculations, include what you tried and where you became stuck. Attach supported images or a PDF when the material is necessary. Uploaded images pass through platform safety checks. Review the question before publishing. Automatic classification may improve its topic without changing your question. 03
Answers and discussions Reply to a question, continue a thread and recognize useful contributions.
Open a question and write an answer that shows the method, supporting facts or useful study context. Reply inside an existing thread when responding to a particular answer. This keeps discussions readable. Mark contributions as helpful and save questions you want to revisit. Question authors can identify a correct answer where appropriate. Some academic replies may show a Valley assessment. Treat it as guidance rather than an authoritative grade. 04
Search, feeds and saved items Find questions, people and replies, then organize material for later.
Use the search field to find questions, learners and replies. Search suggestions support academic notation and formatted text. For you reflects your selected subjects and activity. Latest shows newly published community questions. Save a useful question for private access later, or repost it so it appears with your profile activity. 05
Study with ApilageAI Use the private AI study chat and question-specific assistance responsibly.
Open Chat for a private study conversation. Ask focused questions and include the subject, syllabus level and work already attempted. You can attach supported study images or PDFs when your plan includes uploads. Keep personal or confidential information out of prompts. Question chat automatically explains a published question. The explanation, follow-up messages and AI replies are public and visible to everyone. AI responses can be incomplete or incorrect. Check important answers against your teacher, textbook and official syllabus resources. 06
Images and PDF resources Share readable study material while respecting safety and ownership rules.
Use clear, upright images with readable text. Crop unrelated surroundings before uploading. PDFs work best when their text can be selected. For scanned pages, add a helpful title and description. Only upload material you are allowed to share. Do not publish personal records, answer leaks or private classroom information. Unsafe image uploads can be rejected automatically. A successful upload still remains subject to community moderation. 07
Profile and public identity Manage how you appear to the learning community.
Edit your display name, username, biography and study details from Settings. Eligible plans can use a custom profile picture. Profile images are checked by the platform safety system. You may display a Telegram username publicly when the option is available. Share only a contact you are comfortable publishing. Your questions, replies and reposts can appear on your public profile. Private AI conversations and saved items are not public profile content. 08
Notifications and linked services Receive updates in the app or through supported messaging services.
In-app notifications inform you about relevant answers, replies and community activity. When enabled by the platform, link Telegram or WhatsApp from the notification panel and complete the verification instructions. Messaging notifications require your opt-in. Use the available disconnect control or the service stop instruction to turn them off. Never send passwords, verification secrets or payment details to accounts claiming to be support. 09
Delete your account Permanently remove your ApilageAI profile and associated account information.
Open Settings, select Account & Security, then scroll to Delete my profile completely. Select Delete my profile. Password accounts must confirm the current password. Telegram accounts must request and enter the fresh four-digit bot code. Google accounts continue with the signed-in session. Type DELETE exactly in the confirmation field and choose Permanently delete my account. Deletion removes your account, profile, linked sign-ins, authored questions and replies, uploads, and private AI conversations. Replies posted on your questions are also removed. Uploaded-file cleanup may finish shortly afterward. Account deletion cannot be undone. Download or copy anything you need before confirming. 10
Membership and usage limits Understand plans, feature allowances and what happens when a limit is reached.
Membership plans can include different allowances for AI study, uploads and optional validation features. A limit message means the current allowance or a platform safety budget has been reached. Wait for its reset or review your plan. Plan details shown on the membership page are the current source for included features. 11
Safety, privacy and reporting Protect your account and report content or product problems.
Do not post phone numbers, addresses, passwords, school records or other sensitive personal information. Report harmful or misleading community content through its available report action. Reports are reviewed by platform administrators. Use Report a bug in the sidebar for broken features, confusing behavior or performance problems. Include reproducible steps without adding secrets. Review active sessions and account settings if you notice unfamiliar activity. Change your password promptly when necessary.
