2. Product Information

We offer a flexible pricing range for credits that allows you to choose how much credit you wish to purchase. The minimum purchase amount is 200 LKR and the maximum is 10,000 LKR per transaction.

3. Pricing & Payments

We currently only offer pay-as-you-go plans and do not support subscription models.
All payments must be made through our official website (apilageai.lk). We do not accept payments through any other channels.
We use secure third-party payment processors (payhere.lk) to handle all transactions.
Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect completed purchases.

4. Credit Activation

When you successfully complete a payment for credits, your credit balance will be updated instantly. In rare cases of payment processing delays, activation may take up to 24 hours.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on apilageai.lk are the exclusive property of apilageAi unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

apilageAi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Donations and Support

As part of our updated Terms and Conditions effective from May 15, 2025, users are not permitted to make direct donations to us through the payment gateway. We appreciate your support and understanding as we ensure compliance with our payment gateway policies.
