All credit purchases are final. Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances as outlined below.

1. Payment Method

We exclusively use one-time payment methods for credit purchases. You can choose the amount of credit you wish to purchase within our specified range (200 LKR to 10,000 LKR). Please note we do not offer subscription plans.

2. Cancellation Policy

Credit purchases cannot be canceled once completed.
If you experience technical issues after purchasing credit (e.g., purchased credit not appearing in your account), please contact our support team immediately at contact@apilageai.lk.
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. Support Availability

Our dedicated support team is available during regular business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday) to assist with any payment-related issues. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 business hours.

4. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

Duplicate or accidental charges
Technical errors preventing credit activation
Unauthorized transactions

All refund requests require proof of purchase and detailed explanation of the issue.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
