What's new: Downloads, Study Buddies and Class Groups
A new Downloads section, a first look at Study Buddies and Class Groups, advertising for education brands, and a fix for bug reports.
This update makes the ApilageAI apps easier to find and gives you an early look at two community features we are designing with students.
Downloads in the sidebar
The sidebar now has a Downloads link to the ApilageAI apps for Windows, Mac and Android. On iPhone and iPad you can add ApilageAI to your Home Screen from Safari.
Concept preview: Study Buddies
Study Buddies will match you with students who take the same subjects, live in the same city or share your interests. Matched students can open a study room together to plan sessions and share notes, past papers and PDFs.
Concept preview: Class Groups
Class Groups will let you create or join a group for your tuition class, school class or course. Members post notes and questions in one feed, and a group can connect the ApilageAI agent to answer questions about its subject.
Advertising for education brands
Tuition classes, institutes, EdTech apps and other learner-focused companies can now register interest in reaching students on ApilageAI. Only education-related ads will be accepted, and revenue will help fund new features.
Fixes
- Bug reports now submit correctly and reach the ApilageAI team.
- The bug report window opens in the centre of the screen.
- Top contributors now appear on the home feed, Explore, question pages and topics.
